[About the design]
The design features a semi-open space that allows guests to enjoy the natural breeze and scenic views of the beach. The bar is centered around a pitched roof structure, which enhances the tropical ambiance and provides a sheltered area for relaxation. This structure is supported by eight bamboo frames, each composed of bent and straight bamboo poles connected by bamboo nails and ropes.
The space is enclosed by stone walls that accommodate service facilities and storage needs. These walls also function as part of the bearing support for the bamboo roof, creating a harmonious blend of materials. The use of local materials, such as bamboo and natural stone, reflects the cultural richness of the region and adds an authentic touch to the design.
